Shipping policy

At NartSilk, we are committed to delivering our premium Mulberry silk collections to you with care and efficiency.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States.
  • Free Shipping: [Optional: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.]
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once. A shipment reaches your destination country. NartSilk (a brand of NTD Trading LLC) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers cannot complete delivery to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request an alternative address.
